How hosting works
You're the landlord. We're the tenant.
A three-year lease on a patch of garage wall. Nothing to buy, nothing to manage, and a predictable monthly payment.

We install
A licensed electrician adds a dedicated circuit and the unit mounts on your garage wall. After that, expect roughly one service visit a year.

You host
It runs quietly. You don't touch it, and you don't own it. There is nothing to buy and nothing owed.

You get paid
Fixed monthly rent for the term of the lease, plus every kilowatt-hour the unit uses reimbursed at your rate. The payment does not go up or down with what the equipment does.
Selling your home? The buyer can take over the lease, or we remove the unit and restore the wall.
